How to describe him… Epicurean, gourmand, restaurateur, celebrity chef, Michelin stars… And that doesn’t sum up half of it. We were fortunate to be a part of his opening at the commissary and neighboring spaces at NBC Universal in Universal City. As with every restaurant and every dish of course the cuisine was delectable and above par as usual. Each plating and dish had a unique character and flavor his ingredients bound together creating a special story. Bespoke and with the essence of savoir-faire garnered each dish and harvested the overall pleasant experience. We are so exciting to host events in their incredible space partnered with the ever so amazing cuisine by Wolfgang Puck.
